Birmingham England

Well, we're sitting at breakfast in a hotel in Birmingham England before we head for church.

For those that weren't aware, we are spending a week at the Rotary International Convention here. It's been a fun experience so far and I am working on a longer blog post. Just wanted to get a start. I'll also have some pictures soon.

We left Salt Lake at 9:45 am on Friday morning, stopped for a quick run from one end of the Boston terminal to the other just to catch our flight. Our flight from Salt Lake took longer than they said so we cut it pretty close to make our next flight.

From Boston to Paris, we had very nice seats and hoped to get some sleep. But when it's the middle of the day, and people aren't considerate enough to be quiet, it made it pretty tough.

But we made it, again with just enough time to make our flight to Birmingham.

Bottom line, we arrived safe and all is well. I'll do a better update soon, along with pictures.
