PEACH DAYS!!

Well, another Peach Days has come and gone! Since 1904.
The longest continuous running harvest festival in the state.

Two full days of people, cars, food, people, a beauty pageant, a film festival, people, food, parades, carnival rides, arts and crafts, people, a Harley Davisons motorcycle show, commercial booths, politicians, people, food, walking and just plain FUN!

Lots and Lots of people. They estimate over 60,000 attend during the two day celebration.
They just recently re-landscaped the old courthouse and are redoing the exterior.

A very rare moment downtown that wasn't all bodies...

Teagan rode most of the way in the Kids Parade.

Tyler and Brad walked te whole parade route - 11 city blocks.
Then Ty ran back and walked it again with his soccer team!

The Credit Union "float". We won first place in the County Fair Parade two weeks earlier!

Great fun at the Carnival!
(Can you sense the sarcasm in my post???)

Our other claim to fame: The largest free classic car show in the west.
Over 750 entries spread between two parks and Center Street.

"Twin Trucks from different mothers.."

Someone once said: "The best thing about Peach Days is it's gone by Sunday morning."
